Development Specialist is responsible for account management
activities, including overseeing and managing client relationships,
pipeline management, and supporting the closing contracts. WHAT
YOU'LL DO: The Business Development Specialist participates in
proposal delivery strategy Oversees the proposal process to ensure
the quality of each submittal is based on company standards and
policies and client requirements are met. Prepare and execute
business development action plans for specific target markets and
projects as identified in the Marketing Plan. Oversee the
development of marketing materials, in accordance with corporate
guidelines Serve as a liaison to prospective and current customers
to ensure all needs are consistently met Assist with and coordinate
preconstruction activities throughout the sales process. Provide
budgeting assistance to customers as required. Maintain and improve
Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) Plan, prepare, and
host exhibit booths. Coordinate and participate in travel to
clients on a regular basis. Train and assist Business Development
Coordinator to identify proposal strategies, and create effective
presentations and proposals. The duties and responsibilities are
intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being
performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and

the business unit. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Must possess
excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, with
ability to produce highly professional proposals and presentations.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,
Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce. Ability to prioritize
and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary Ability
to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with
a positive attitude Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an
effective team player Ability to interact effectively and
professionally with all levels of employees, both management and
staff alike, vendors, clients, and others WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of office/marketing/sales experience or
equivalent Can be a combination of education, training and relevant
experience Previous work in a
Construction/Architectural/Engineering firm is highly preferred
TRAVEL: 10 to 20 % WORKING CONDITIONS: General work environment -
sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying,
pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying
environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air
conditioning Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud
on the jobsite. We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state

expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications
