Responsibilities Build relationships with new & existing clients to
understand their insurance needs. Educate customers on Farmers
insurance products & coverage options. Generate quotes, present
policies, and close new business. Follow up with prospects and
leads to build long term client relationships. Meet or exceed
individual sales & performance goals. Maintain accurate client
records & documentation. Requirements Must be willing to obtain a
Property & Casualty insurance license (Life & health a plus)
Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required. Strong
communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic &
goal oriented mindset. Professional, dependable, and
customer-focused.
