Our team members can take home free snacks!Regulatory Coordinator - Fort Worth, TX-- --Day Shift: Flexible-- Pay Rate: $23.50/hr--Your seat at the table Complete food safety and quality documentation requested by customers, suppliers and internal management.Assist with managing supplier documentationComplete food manufacturing registrations and licensesMay assist with external auditsDocument Control - Create and update documents, perform annual reviewsManage QA sample requestsManage on-going shelf life programAssist in customer complaint investigationsAssist in preparing reports, agendas and minutesAssist in tracking company s Facility Inspection & Internal Auditing programCreating and updating training events and documentsAssist with managing organic, non-GMO project and gluten free certification documentationOrder supplies for Quality and SanitationAssist in External Audit(SQF, FDA, Customer) and Customer visitsAssist in corrective action plan and close out.Responsible for internal audits(monthly and annual)Support QA and Sanitation departments based on business needsManage documents to comply with corporate retention policyOther tasks as assigned by QA Supervisor and/or QA Manager.--What you bring to the table2 years of experience in a quality assurance departmentExperience/Knowledge using Microsoft Excel and WordComputer SkillsKnowledge of basic office equipmentAble to do multiple tasks and prioritize.Data entry KnowledgeSelf-MotivationGood organizational skillsGood communication skills, verbal and writtenWilling and able to get along with othersGood judgment and reasoning abilitiesFamiliar with SQF.
