Job Description:

Adecco is filling a position for a Warehouse Specialist/ Production Support in Central Fort Worth. This is a 2nd shift position and hours would be 2:30pm to 11:30pm. We also have a 1st shift that is 6:00am - 2:30pm

As Warehouse/Production support your Mission and Main Responsibilities would be:

Support production and Flow management of the facility through raw materials verification, production schedule changes, losses, inventory information, working with the CUTE model and other data base entries.

Daily WMS & SAP Responsibilities:

Verify raw materials available prior to production schedule, code dates, material substitutions, schedule changes to meet demands

Validate pallets produced per production run & raw material usages/losses

Perform physical counts of raw materials for inventory control

Compare inventories & research discrepancies between WMS & SAP

Reconcile & compile daily/weekly bottle usages with Graham Packaging

Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, demands, relocations, etc.

Research consumer complaints, used raw materials, time frames, downtimes, etc.

Reconcile Production¿s pallets produced vs. Distribution¿s pallets received

Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) & final verification of high losses for accounting purposes

Daily Production Losses:

Track raw material usage & losses

Verify finished good losses

Identify & report possible reasons for high losses

Document daily milk inventory consumed per production batch & filler to identify end of day milk scrapping losses

Report Various Plant Results:

New Cute Model/Spreadsheet for Daily Line/Plant OE Results

Downtime Tracking

Miscellaneous Duties

Various work investigations/problem solving, data collecting & work assignments for Production & Distribution Managers & Supervisors

Maintain shift vacation schedule per employee & team

Projects ranging from AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) to WMS / SAP implementation and upgrade

And any other duties assigned by Supervisor
