will provide support to strategic sales executives by monitoring
territory and account trends, managing pricing agreement renewals
and RFQs, and facilitating account onboarding. This is an

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Provide reports, statistical data and metrics to sales
executives; alert sales regarding lost business, new opportunities,
onboarding status, etc.
- Perform pre-call preparation for sales executives
- Maintain the customer account hierarchy structure
- Coordinate with sales, operations, service and others as needed
to support customer requirements
- Support the bid management process by working with sales, the
customer and pricing to provide bids for new business; manage the
pricing agreement renewal process
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales,
sales support, customer service, etc.
It'd be great if you also have:
- Associate degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
- Knowledge of general business practices related to sales,
accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement and
- Ability to prioritize work in line with department, territory
and company goals
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication
skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough
information and data appropriate for intended audience
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple individuals (or teams) to
reach a decision or goal
