will be the main person managing one of our food trailers in our
network. The roles and responsibilities for Unit Managers include
but are not limited to: Opening and/or closing the unit Cooking,
preparing and serving all menu items to customers Cleaning and
maintaining all equipment, utensils and surfaces in the unit
Picking up inventory from the VP to stock your unit Processing
transactions for customer purchases Following opening and closing
procedures Tracking stock at closing on each day
