where every day is exciting. Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic
Operations Manager to lead a team of talented attraction operators,
technicians, and customer service employees. This role is integral
to maintaining a fun, efficient, and safe working environment,
contributing to our vision of creating a top-tier entertainment
experience for families of all ages. We are looking for an
individual with excellent communication skills, strong time
management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer
service. Accountabilities: Supervise a diverse team of 15-50
employees, ensuring efficient daily operations. Maintain accurate
records of employee attendance on a daily basis. Conduct periodic
checks on attraction operators, ensuring accurate and safe
operation of attractions. Train and communicate with Shift Lead and
Front Desk Lead positions on a daily basis. Principle Duties and
Responsibilities: Proficiently operate all attractions and maintain
day-to-day notes on staff performance. Keep employees informed on
culture, standards, and updates such as sales specials or new job
opportunities. Communicate daily with team members, fostering a
strong teamwork ethic and attitude. Maintain a safety-focused
attitude at all times. May be required to oversee specific roles
such as scheduling, redemption, cleaning supplies, etc. Be on call
for special projects or holidays. Skills/Competencies Required:
Strong teamwork ethic and attitude. Attention to detail. Passion
for the work and commitment to delivering exceptional customer
service. Time management and a sense of urgency. Leadership skills.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience: Must be at least 21
years of age. Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent
combination of relevant education and experience. Must have at
least one year of management or supervisory experience. Experience
in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management is required. Must be able
to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to work up to 45 hours
per week, available every weekend. Able to stand for long periods
of time. Able to lift 39lbs unaided. Valid driver’s license
required. Authorized to work in the United States. Five Star Park &
