HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and detail-oriented Perinatal Ultrasound Technician PRN to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide specialized care by performing ultrasound examinations on perinatal patients to assist in the diagnosis and monitoring of prenatal development. By utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and contributing to a collaborative team environment, your work will be vital in facilitating our mission to care for and improve human life at our advanced facilities across the United States. Perform detailed perinatal ultrasound exams and document their results accurately. Collaborate with obstetricians and other medical professionals to interpret sonographic results. Maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure operational effectiveness and safety. Provide compassionate care and communication to patients during their ultrasound procedures. Adhere to HCA Healthcare's protocols and guidelines for patient confidentiality and safety. Proficiency in the use of ultrasound equipment and technologies specific to perinatal care. Strong understanding of perinatal anatomy and pathology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team. Ability to interpret ultrasound results and report findings to medical professionals. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification, perinatal specialty preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
