3-3 Tower 3-3 is a medical/surgical unit that provides care to a
variety of medical and surgical issues. This is a small but mighty
team that strives to provide high quality and compassion care to
our patients. Our 3-3 leadership team fosters an environment that
supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member.
Critical Care Unit Patient Population: The patient population on
3-3 consists of a variety of medical and surgical patients. Common
diagnoses include cellulitis, pneumonia, cholecystitis, post op
appendectomies, diabetic foot infections, and electrolyte
imbalances. Patient Ratios: 1:5 Number of Beds: 20 beds Department
Specifics: Family and teamwork oriented. Patient/Staff safety is

Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program · License/Certification o
RN – Registered Nurse o BLS – Basic Life Support (required within
