Job Title: Travel RN - ICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU experience required License: Active Texas RN License required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: - Experience in hemodynamic monitoring and care of ventilated patients - Post-CABG care experience Description: This position is for a travel Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The focus is on high acuity cases, including ECMO, heart transplant, and CABG patients. Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilated patients is essential. The ability to provide bedside shift reports and maintain accurate patient updates is required. Compliance with attendance policies and hospital guidelines is expected. Professional appearance is important, and specific dress code policies regarding scrubs, hair, and body art are in place. Floating to other ICU areas may occur based on volume and acuity needs.
