Job Summary and Qualifications Our Medical Lab Scientist performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory. What You Will Do In This Role - You will perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections. - You will maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control. - You will maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment. - You will assist with laboratory training programs as required. What qualifications you will need - Bachelor’s Degree is required - Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Certified Medical Lab, or Certified Lab Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or American Medical Technologist is required - At least one-year experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
