-ACLS: Yes
-BNDD required
-Three providers needed
-EMR System: Paper
-Inpatient
-Hospital/surgery center privileges: No

-Hospital Stroke Certified: Yes
-CRNA MUST work without supervision and be proficient in blocks.
-On call including weekends and holidays
-Must submit the credentialing documents by the deadline given by the onboarding coordinator
