Job Summary:

M1 Support Services' Director of Pricing will support the development and execution of pricing strategies that align
with M1 Support Services' business objectives and competitive positioning within the defense and aerospace
markets. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in pricing analysis, cost modeling,
and government contract support. The Director of Pricing will work closely with business development, program
management, finance, and senior leadership to ensure effective pricing structures that drive profitability and
compliance.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Pricing and Strategy Development:
* Assist in developing pricing strategies for services and contract opportunities in alignment with corporate
objectives.
* Conduct competitive market analyses to support pricing strategy recommendations.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to tailor pricing strategies to customer and market demands.

Pricing Analysis and Modeling:
* Prepare and review detailed cost and pricing models for proposals.
* Analyze historical cost data, labor rates, material costs, and other key variables to ensure accurate
pricing.
* Support profitability analysis and recommend adjustments where necessary.

Proposal Pricing Support and
Contract Compliance:
* Lead pricing volume development for proposal submissions, ensuring compliance with government
regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
* Participate in contract and pricing negotiations with customers as a pricing subject matter expert.
* Review customer solicitations to identify pricing requirements and risks.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
* Coordinate with business development, contracts, program management, and finance teams to support
cohesive proposal strategies.
* Assist in pricing strategy communications to internal stakeholders.
* Support training initiatives to enhance pricing-related knowledge across departments.

Market Research and Trends Analysis:
* Conduct market research to inform pricing decisions and maintain awareness of industry pricing
practices.
* Provide input into pricing-related market assessments and benchmarking activities.

* Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership review.

Pricing Process Improvement:
* Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes, tools, and templates.
* Recommend best practices in pricing procedures to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business development, with at least 5
years in a pricing leadership or senior analyst role in the defense or aerospace industries.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (current clearance preferred).

Knowledge/Skills:
* Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government pricing compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated experience in cost modeling, pricing volume preparation, and supporting contract
negotiations.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing or financial analysis software tools.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Working Conditions:
* Onsite at M1's Home Office
Location.
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
* Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the company's facilities, primarily military bases across
the United States.
* Limited travel may be required.
