Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Market Access.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage business development strategies for key U.S.
market access segments
Support rebate strategy development across customer segments and
optimize Gross-to-Net processes
Lead a team of National Account Managers and oversee customer
relationship management to achieve commercial objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in pharmaceutical market
access and business development, particularly in biosimilars
10+ years of analytic experience in market dynamics and competitor
activities in the pharmaceutical space
Proven experience in building and leading high-performance market
access teams
Established relationships with PBMs, GPOs, and specialty
distributors
Experience in developing comprehensive business development and
sales strategies
