Description Summary Technician manually diagnoses issues with electronic devices. Position accurately diagnoses and troubleshoots device issues and makes necessary repairs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Daily Responsibilities % of Job 90% Inspect electronic device and determine if probably accident or malfunction. Troubleshoot and analyze the validity of claim for repair or replacement. Estimate monetary value of damages for repair. Must be able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. QC and test electronic device after repairs. Familiar the triage process on all models. Able to help Engineer lead to audit other techs performance. Able to train new hire tech. Other duties as assigned. Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job 5% Builds and maintains a work environment that s positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels. Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times. Team Building/Leadership % of Job 5% Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture. Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates. Qualifications Education or Experience or Demonstrated Skill Set Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Basic computer skills are necessary. Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency Essential Skills: Needs good data entry skills. Must be detail oriented and organized. Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently and demonstrates excellent time management skills Must be hands on and have ambition and drive to succeed Makes things happen. Must be goal oriented and be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork. Competencies: Shows determination to achieve excellent results Finds a better way Demands top performance Inspires commitment Working Conditions Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
