Job Description:
Description Freedom Terminal Services has an opening for a
facility transloader at our Sulphur Springs, TX location. The
primary purpose is to comply with training provided to enable
employee to perform in accordance with work instructions and
government regulations (EPA, and OSHA). Benefits: Medical, Dental,

paid vacation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate in a
manner where SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are of the highest importance.
Demonstrate performance toward operational excellence. Climb onto
the top and crawl underneath railcars in order to inspect railcars
using a checklist Perform structural inspections as required.
Prepare equipment for product transfer. Will be responsible for the
operation as it relates to, compressors, auxiliary, equipment,
engines, pump stations, pumps, valves, tanks, pipelines and other
related equipment. Start, stop, and operate engines/pumps within
defined operating parameters. Ensure the cost effective and
efficient performance of all engines, pumps and associated
equipment at the compressor stations. Complete all applicable
documentation and recordkeeping. Perform all work in compliance
with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned. Work Environment: While performing the
duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to a high
noise level; moving mechanical parts, moving machinery, outside
weather conditions and elements; fumes from gasoline, oil and
grease. The employee may occasionally be exposed to toxic or
caustic chemicals. Position Requirements: Ability to work outside
majority of the time and withstand extreme weather conditions. Must
maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of
performance Must be available for shift work when applicable,
overtime when required and must be available to respond during
working and non-working hours as required. Must be able to work
with a team, take direction and follow work rules, as well as, take
on additional job responsibilities as needed. Demonstrate knowledge
of company safety programs. Must possess a valid driver’s license
and a driving record satisfactory to the Company and its insurers.
Preferred experience, skills and knowledge, above the minimum
requirements, not required but advantageous in this position.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Must be
able to see well enough to read gauges, precision measuring
instruments, schematics, maintenance manuals as needed. Must be
able to talk and hear well enough to communicate with co-workers,
supervisors and others within the company 100% of the time. Must be
able to reach with arms and hands to perform inspection,
maintenance and repair duties when needed. Must be able to bend,
stoop, twist, kneel, squat 100%. Must be able to use hands to
grasp, handle, and feel 100%. Must be able to climb and balance
well enough to mount equipment by climbing up and down steps as
needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
