You will help to design, build and support the existing cloud platform and help drive its adoption and expansion, while also collaborating with Linux Engineers, Software Engineers, Security and other Infrastructure teams.There is a large focus on applying automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), alongside the use of CI/CD tools and methodologies in all of our engineering work. We use open-source tooling and best practices to increase the pace of delivery, and have embedded a continuous improvement culture and philosophy across the organisation.Key responsibilities of the role include:Designing, deploying and maintaining a highly scalable and secure cloud platformEnsuring workloads running on the public cloud platform are deployed optimallyRecommending and implementing continuous improvements to the cloud platformEnsuring platforms are configured and maintained from codeRunning performance diagnostics and tuning of the entire stackSecurity-hardening the platforms and supporting systemsProviding platform supportYou will be part of an exciting and challenging work environment, working with some of the best engineers in the industry.
