Construction Consultant | DFW Area, TX CEG’s client is seeking a
Construction Consultant (Direct Hire) to join their growing team in

you'll play a crucial role in identifying and addressing project
risks, adding significant value to projects nationwide. Regular
communication, document reviews, and on-site assessments will be
key to understanding and mitigating risks related to project cost,

projects that make an impact. Responsibilities Conduct thorough
document and cost reviews for commercial construction projects.
Perform site inspections and compile detailed monthly reports on
project progress. Conduct property physical needs assessments to
identify and address potential issues. Provide cost consulting such
as insurable value reporting, depreciated value reporting, and
construction loan monitoring to optimize project budgeting and
financial planning. Qualifications Bachelors or Associates degree
in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management is preferred,
but not required. 3-5 years of experience in the construction
industry in the areas of project management, estimating, and/or
site inspections. Knowledge of commercial construction processes.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong presentation and
