workforce. Develop and implement strategic academic plans and
initiatives that align with the institution’s mission and market
needs. Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and retention
strategies to ensure high-quality instruction and research. Enhance
curriculum development processes to include innovative teaching
methods and technology integration. Maintain accreditation
standards and seek new opportunities for program accreditation to
ensure compliance and enhance prestige. Foster an environment of
academic rigor and excellence, promoting a culture of continuous
improvement. Collaborate with industry partners to align
educational programs with current and future workforce
requirements. Manage budgetary and administrative functions of the
academic department to optimize resources and support educational
goals. Proven leadership in academic administration Strong
understanding of curriculum development and accreditation processes
Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to foster a collaborative academic environment Strategic
planning and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental
