location This job is the day-to-day owner of the Truist Care Center
Strategic Plan. Teammate will partner with Truist Care Center (TCC)
Leadership to enable and influence core business needs and strategy
within the context of the rapidly changing internal and external
business environment. This individual will interface with TCC
Leadership, as well as key business partners within Technology,
Data, and Operations (TD&O), Risk, lines of business, etc., to
develop strategic plans to create efficiency in horizontal
activities across business functions including, but not limited to
recurring business reviews, strategic planning, project and
technology initiatives, and collaboration with functional partners
in process, risk management, financial functions. Strong preference
for Charlotte, NC location Following is a summary of the essential
functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major
and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may
change from time to time. 1. Primary liaison with senior leaders
within Truist Care Center, senior leaders across Truist,
cross-functional SMEs, and other stakeholders to document and
execute current and future strategic vision. 2. Responsible for
developing and maintaining Truist Care Center’s strategic plan and
roadmap 3. Create documents and presentations for executive
leadership that clearly articulate recommendations, tradeoffs,
and/or strategic choices with rationale around why conclusions are
being suggested/made. 4. Establish principles, rules, standards and
best practices for supported business unit, and build and manage
the intake and prioritization method for TCC transformation
initiatives and project review processes. 5. Develop, charter, or
lead TCC transformation initiatives. 6. Ensure alignment with
TD&O Business Management Office and Finance partners for
consistent financial/benefit reporting on key Operations
initiatives, maintain awareness of/communicate relevant Finance
routines and processes, and document, communicate, and track
performance against Finance targets. 7. Provide influential
leadership that supports insightful decision-making, drives
efficiencies in the solution delivery and supports processes, and
maximizes the quality of top deliverables. QUALIFICATIONS Required
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable

Business, Management, or Operations, or equivalent education and
related training 2. Ten or more years of progressively responsible
leadership experience in financial institutions; 3. Comprehensive
experience with leading large scale, complex transformations from
ideation to delivery; 4. Self-directed with strong organizational
skills in order to meet multiple competing deadlines; 5. Ability to
interact effectively with Executive Management 6. Strong
interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills 7. Ability to
think and act strategically 8. Demonstrated proficiency in basic
computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications: 1. MBA or top consulting firm experience
